To reach several apps on a single site

Hi, To be clear, I want to know what UBOS will do if I reach the site in a various ways. Assuming I've installed an app(for example Wordpress) on a site which host name is "www.example.com"(without further context path). And then installed second app(for example Matomo) onto the same site,...

Deployment fail of nextcloud-auto-mail-accounts

Hi there. Today I updated my server to the latest version of UBOS. On top of that, I found one of Nextcloud accessories to be failed when I tried to deploy.(please refer to the screen shot below) That is nextcloud-auto-mail-accounts ==> Installation of package works well, only deployment fails. It s...

Re: FAT32 exFAT NTFS

According to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File_Allocation_Table#Maximum_sizes , FAT32 goes to ~2 TB. Do you need anything larger than this? There is a note there that Windows won't create anything larger than 32 GB (I'm not a Windows guy, so I have to believe them...) So perhaps init your file sys...

Re: FAT32 exFAT NTFS

Why not use Linux default ext4 or UBOS default btrfs? Thanks. Just because I want to migrate my data to windows local machine, not Linux machine. If I use btrfs file system on USB drive, then there is no other way to directly read it on the Windows client unless I have a third party app to do that,...

FAT32 exFAT NTFS

Hi there :) Currently I’m using external USB drive to move my UBOS backups. But realized file size over 4GB can not be created on USB drive due to the FAT32 restrictions. Next runner-up I tried is to mount NTFS format, but it seems write is not permitted due to the Linux kernel NTFS driver. So is it...

Re: To install new Accessories

Hi there, :) After all, this issue has been resolved in an unexpected way. The problem was mine, for I'd completely forgotten making the codes I want installed on the box at the very beginning. When I invoke sudo pacman -S xxxx , followed by implementation of the new configurations of json files, it...

Re: To install new Accessories

Hi there :) , please see below my Site JSON file for details which corresponds to the above second shot(mysite.json). Nothing special though, as it was implemented and deployed in the previous UBOS without problems. So I thought it should work with the new UBOS version as well unless there would be ...

To install new Accessories

Hi :) After the installation of the newest UBOS(2019-11-12), I can see the new phenomenon in regard to accessories that I've never seen of old versions. I just want to follow the previous process(below) I'd taken when I want to have new accessories. 1. "sudo ubos-admin showsite -s s... --json >...

Re: Failure on Mastodon

You probably also can back up all your sites, undeploy all, and then create simple (or empty) TLS/Letsencrypt sites. And then restore the previously backed-up appconfigs (check restore options) to the existing sites. I would use an approach like this if other approaches don't work. It can be a good...

Re: Restore USB Staff

Hey, :) I think you should take your situation separately. Connecting UBOSbox to Ethernet is a different issue with UBOS staff. 1. UBOSbox should be connected to the public internet natively when you plug your UTP cable into the box directly. If not, you should check the physical environment outside...
