You are using UBOS on a Rasberry Pi. Please state which model you are using, e.g. Zero, Zero W, model 3 or such.

Help - my site is not here ...

Post by adrianblakey » Fri Feb 02, 2018 6:22 am

After some changes to the apache config to get my letsencrypt-managed certs straightened out, I updated with ubos-admin and left it for a while to complete the update. Since this is a back burner project for me - I left my trusty Pi alone for a few days and then pointed a browser at: https://blakey.org and got an unhappy message that things were still being updated.

I suspected that there was a defect in the update. After some offline email with the inventor of Ubos (Johannes) he (eh hem) pointed out to me that my blog site was actually running on https://www.blakey.org/blog and things were working as advertised.

Not a defect but perhaps worth noting, else someone else has this misunderstanding.

I am totally sold on taking back control of my digital presence with a server that uses about 4watts is not much bigger than my phone and runs a battened down version of Linux.
