Snapper just produces file system snapshots, you can do without those.

If you cannot connect to your webserver, try restarting it? Either

sudo systemctl restart httpd

or

sudo systemctl restart ubos-httpd

depending what effective UBOS version you have on this device now ...

However, these file system errors seem a bit worrisome. Maybe hardware error?
