Adding an app to an already deployed site?

Is it possible to add an app to an already deployed site? Say I have a few apps deployed to my.hostname.org/apps but I want to deploy docroot as the root page. Can I do that?

I would like to have the new Deezer App added to the Applications Replay Music can record from.
This would make it possible to quit the necessarity to use a browser.
